My therapy style is eclectic in that I draw from many compatible theoretical approaches that are typically described as "experiential," which encourages clients to slow down and learn how to be more in touch with their bodies, emotions and thoughts. When you can witness what's going on inside of you and around you in a mindful way vs. being flooded and reacting hastily you will begin to find your power. At the end of the day my ultimate goal is to help you learn how to truly experience and express your emotions, understandings and find your truth.
